Who do you work with?

I work with independent high performers, especially solopreneurs, freelancers, creatives, and self-led professionals who are productive on the outside but burned out, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves on the inside.

Most of my clients are capable, thoughtful people who want sustainable success without losing themselves in the process.

What makes your coaching different?

My coaching blends Stoicism, emotional self-care, creativity, and grounded structure.

That means this is not generic motivation, hustle culture in softer language, or recycled productivity advice. It is honest, practical coaching for people who want more clarity, stronger boundaries, emotional steadiness, and sustainable productivity that actually lasts.

What do we work on in coaching?

That depends on what you need, but common themes include burnout, inner pressure, emotional self-care, decision fatigue, boundaries, sustainable productivity, creative blocks, resilience, and figuring out how to get more done without losing yourself.

We focus on what is real in your life, not what sounds impressive on paper.

Is this only for creatives?

No. But it is especially helpful for people who create, build, lead themselves, or work independently.

That includes writers, founders, designers, coaches, freelancers, and other self-directed professionals. If you are carrying a lot, pushing hard, and feeling the cost of it, this work can help.

What if I am still functioning well but something feels off?

A lot of people who reach out are still functioning. They are still showing up, producing, and handling responsibility.

The issue is not that everything is falling apart. The issue is that the current way of operating is costing too much. Coaching helps you catch that early and build a healthier, more sustainable way forward before burnout becomes the default.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?
