But Where Do I Start?
When we were young, it all seemed so straightforward. Life was eating, sleeping and playtime. We approached new stuff with wonder and excitement.
Somewhere between those years and where we are today, it all got so much more complicated.
We began to feel the need to *balance* all of these aspects to our existence.
There is work, family, money, health and blah..blah..blah.
We spend so much of our time trying to ensure that all the areas of our life get the appropriate amount of attention, but we all have the same 24 hours in a day and it’s inevitable that the scales tip to one side.
While it’s a Universal issue, we all start to feel terrible when this happens. It makes us feel lesser because we’ve been told that successful people can balance it all.
That’s complete BS.
The Wheel of Life is a simple, yet powerful visualization tool used to help clients overcome problems of stress by addressing the imbalances in a person’s life. It helps conceptualize and enrich a client’s life areas by interpreting experiences and emotions as a basis of rebalancing.
Once you hit “BEGIN”, you‘ll be asked to rate yourself through a series of statements and based on your responses, you’ll be provided with your personalized Wheel of Life that will show what areas of your life you feel need the most attention.
It’s important to keep in mind that there are no right or wrong answers and how you rate yourself is very specific to you, your perceptions, beliefs, and experiences.
In fact, as you grow and develop through the years, your Wheel of Life will change.
Studies show that clients that use the Wheel of Life reported improved self-insight and self-esteem, and increased energy and motivation.
Remember, the Wheel of Life is a tool. It helps provide some clarity on the areas of life where you believe you need to focus
